Cancellation Policy
Cancellation:
Cancelling within 24 hours will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service.
No-Shows:
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service and must pay before rebooking.
Late Arrivals:
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled.
Full service fee still applies.
Refund Policy:
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. If an appointment is canceled outside of the cancellation policy timeframe, payments may be transferred one time toward a future appointment or kept as account credit. No refunds will be issued for completed services, promotional purchases, packages, memberships, or gift cards.
